THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES IS OUR COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

1. Shops that sell the items below will be included in WE SHOP FOR YOU service‍

      - Pharmacies
      - Carrefour non-food products
      - If an item is available online in a Carrefour it doesn’t mean that it is available in Carrefour Yas Mall
      - any non-food related shops in Yas Mall

1. سيتم ضم المتاجر التي تبيع العناصر أدناه في خدمة "التسوق من أجلك"
     - الصيدليات
     - منتجات كارفور الغير الغذائية
      - جميع المحلات في ياس مول باستثناء المطاعم

2. Items & shops that are not included in We Shop For You are:‍

      - Furniture
      - Jewelry
      - Food and drinks
      - Food and drinks from Restaurants
      - Breakable-big items
      - Items that do not fit into AKYASI bag 22x31 cm
      - Pharmaceutical products or any product that needs to be kept refrigerated under certain temperatures are not included
      - Pharmaceutical products that needs prescriptions are not included

2. المحتويات الغير مشمولة بخدمة "التسوق من أجلك" هي:
     - أثاث المنزل
     - المجوهرات
     - الطعام والشراب
     - الطعام  والمشروبات من المطاعم
     - المحتويات التي لا تتسع داخل كيس أكياسي 22 × 31 سم
     - لا يضمن المنتجات الصيدلانية أو أي منتج يجب الاحتفاظ به مبردًا تحت درجات حرارة معينة
     - لا يضمن المنتجات الصيدلانية التي تحتاج إلى وصفات طبية

3. This Service is only available for Abu Dhabi residence and only to be delivered within Abu Dhabi city

3. هذه الخدمة متاحة فقط للمقيمين في أبو ظبي
ويتم توصيل المشتريات فقط داخل مدينة أبوظبي

4. A minimum purchase amount should be 30 AED

5. Money must be paid before the actual purchase

6. Payments can be made on a link sent by us once the shopping list is complete and items approved

7. Customers are totally responsible of their items, AKYASI will hold no responsibilities over any damages of the items once it’s been delivered

7. يتحمل العملاء المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلعهم،
ولن تتحمل أكياسي أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار
للعناصر بعد تسليمها

8. Customers must verify their items through a clear and proper picture

8. يجب على العملاء التحقق من سلعهم من خلال
صورة واضحة وصحيحة

9. Delivery will be maximum within 48 hours from confirming the payment

9. سيكون التسليم خلال 48 ساعة كحد أقصى من
تأكيد الدفع

10. Please ensure all items are received upon arrival of the delivery and inform the delivery in case of any missing items.

10. يرجى التأكد من استلام جميع العناصر عند
وصول التسليم وإبلاغ مندوب التسليم في حالة
وجود أي عناصر مفقودة.

11. Maximum number of items to be purchased at one time is 10 items

11. الحد الأقصى لعدد المشتريات التي سيتم
شراؤها في وقت واحد هو 10

12. Return & Exchange policy; As per the Department of Economic Development of Abu Dhabi (ADDED), no exchange or refund is permitted on any item.

12. سياسة الاسترداد والتبديل. بناءا على قرارات دائرة التنمية الاقتصلدية في ابو ظبي, لا يسمح باستبدال او استرداد الاغراض
